Monash University is soon to implement an online OHS hazard and incident reporting system the first module in the Safety And Risk Analysis Hub or SARAH. The user-friendly and intuitive system will replace the current paper based process and will provide supervisors and managers with live and accurate information on events reported in their areas while reducing the time and effort required to investigate and action reported hazards and incidents.
